What are fire boards?

The boards come with high heat resistance, so it stops heat and fire spreading. This helps maintain the structural integrity of other structures, such as walls, ceilings, and floors. It specialises in a gypsum core and contains glass fibres and other non-combustible materials. Externally, it looks like drywall. However, because of the materials, it’s more fire-resistant to slow down the spread of a fire from one room in your house to another.
